Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard talked to Jay Shetty about the current preseason and shared his thoughts about his positioning and the club’s expectations.

“When you play for Real Madrid you need to win titles every season. You need to win, win, win. If you don’t win the Champions League the fans are disappointed and that’s to be expected. At this club you always want to win and that’s why I’m here also. I want to play games, score goals and, come the end of the season, win trophies,” said Hazard.

The attacker is confident about scoring crucial goals for Los Blancos.

”I’ve scored some good goals in my career... but I haven’t scored the best yet. I want to create a good impression on my teammates, the coach and the fans. I’ll try to do my best,” he added.

It’s fairly clear that Hazard will play on the left wing for Madrid, given that it’s his best position.

“I play with freedom. That’s difficult in football because there are defenders, midfielders... but that’s the kind of player I am. If I don’t have that freedom I don’t play well and I go to the bench. I like to get on the ball, move to the right, to the left, shift around and play with my instinct. I don’t think, I just play, get the ball and make the decisions” concluded Hazard.
