Real Madrid visit Villarreal in the third game of the 2019-2020 Liga season. Los Blancos can take advantage of Barcelona's away draw against Osasuna but Villarreal will surely be a tough team to beat, even more so considering how many injured players are on Madrid's roster right now.
Los Blancos have not published their squad list yet and will do so in the morning, but Zidane's lineup might be easy to predict given that this is the last game before the upcoming FIFA break.
Real Madrid predicted lineup: Courtois, Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Bale, Vinicius, Benzema.
Villarreal predicted XI: Fernández, Peña, Albiol, Torres, Quintilla, Anguissa, Cazorla, Chukwueze, Iborra, Gómez, Moreno.
Madrid will need to be very careful with Gomez and Gerard Moreno, as they play with pace and can hurt Zidane's defensive system. Chukwueze is also extremely physical and Marcelo could struggle defensively against him, so Ramos and Casemiro will need to pay close attention to the left wing in this game.
