Real Madrid visit Red Bull Salzburg as they try to get ready for the start of the 2019-2020 La Liga season. Zinedine Zidane’s men have completed some discouraging performances this preseason yet they play decent football and at least beat Fenerbahce in the last game of the Audi Cup.

This time, Madrid will be without Takefusa Kubo and Rodrygo. Those two young men have been bright spots for Los Blancos all throughout the preseason but it seems that they will not be in Zidane’s plans this year. Neither Gareth Bale nor James Rodriguez will play this game either as Madrid try to sell them before the end of the summer transfer window.

Militao and Casemiro will be available for the first time this preseason and Zidane will most likely give them minutes. Casemiro could start in the midfield alongside Toni Kroos. Modric has stayed in Madrid for this game so Zidane’s favorite trio for the midfield line will not make its debut this preseason.
