Real Madrid announce squad for La Liga match against Villarreal

Real Madrid published their squad list for Sunday's match against Villarreal.

Goalkeepers: Navas, Courtois and Altube.

Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo, Odriozola and Mendy.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro and Valverde.

Forwards: Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez, Jović and Vinicius Jr.

Zidane has decided to leave Nacho out of the squad list, something quite shocking even though he will be the team's fourth center back this season.

Other than that, this is a standard squad list considering how many injured players are on Madrid's squad right now.

Eden Hazard tried to recover in time for this match but the coaching staff and the doctors ultimately decided to wait until the upcoming FIFA break ends in two weeks. That will help Hazard considering that muscle injuries are always very tricky.
