The Top 5 CD Tacon Player Kits To Buy

Sofia Jakobsson is my #1 pick.

LaLiga App

If you’re anything like me, you’re a fan of kits. However, if you listened to our first podcast about CD Tacon, you heard that I was not a fan of the current hot pink high-heeled cleat logo. To be honest, I’m still not a huge fan of the logo – but man do I want that kit before they adopt the Real Madrid crest. The current logo is incredibly unique, so it is definitely one to have in your collection. If you are lucky enough to come across one of these kits — and you find that they are personalized – I suggest getting one of the five listed below:

5. Esther, #15, defender

While our defense is probably one of our weaker spots on the team, especially with the offseason additions being thrown in with the established players and new signings, Esther is the strong spot there. She caught my eye most during our game against Sporting Huelva, but she had some impressive moments in our first game against Barcelona.

4. Kosovare Asllani, #9, forward

Our first signing in our first season in the first division (I know I’ve used that phrase a lot, but it’s just fun to say). She is currently playing with a bandaged hand from an injury picked up in the Women’s World Cup and is sitting at two goals in our first three games. She is fast and fun to watch.

3. Malena Ortiz, #8, midfielder

One of the players who has been with the team the longest, joining Tacon as a 19-year-old. She is one of our four captains. Malena wasn’t on the pitch in our last match, but this was the first game that she’s missed so far for both this season and preseason.

2. Jessica Martinez, #11, forward

Jessica is a top pick for me because she was the player who scored the final goal in CD Tacon’s time in the Segunda Division and scored the first goal of the 2019/2020 season. She has gotten two goals in our first three regular season games, virtue of being in the right place at the right time.

1. Sofia Jakobsson, #10, forward

This one is easily the first choice so far this season. Signed shortly after Kosse, she’s probably the greater pick up of the two. She creates more opportunities and is vital to our attack. Sofia is just fun to watch. She is currently sitting on one goal and three assists, so far.

So those are my top five kits to get. Those of you who’ve watched, whose kit would you want to add to your collection? Are you looking for the Tacon logo? Or are you going to be waiting for the 2020/2021 season when they change over to Real Madrid’s name and logo?
