REAL MADRID SQUAD:
Goalkeepers: Courtois, Areola and Altube.
Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo and Mendy.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro and Isco.
Forwards: Benzema, Lucas Vázquez, Jović, Brahim, Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo.
It's surprising to see that Ramos finally won't be available even though he completed Friday's session with his teammates. Perhaps he didn't feel too comfortable with his twisted ankle and decided to be take a cautious approach.
On the other hand, Benzema has recovered in time and will be back with the team after missing the recent Spanish Supercup. Sevilla will surely be a tough team to beat and Benzema's presence upfront should be very helpful considering that he's the team leading scorer.
Valverde will miss the game after getting sent off during the Supercup Final, so Zidane will have an important decision to make about his midfield.
James and Bale didn't make the squad list either, which in James' case is a bit shocking given that he has trained with the squad for the last few weeks.
