Serbia coach Ljubisa Tumbakovic has talked to Blic Sport, questioning Luka Jovic's commitment.

"I take care of every player so that they do their very best with Serbia, I never gave up on anyone. One of those players who kind of got away from the national team is Jovic, and there's only one truth. There's no conflict between Jovic and me. Jovic's problem is Luka Jovic," said Tumbakovic.

The coach didn't like the fact that Jovic left Serbia's training camp with what was reported to be an ankle injury. The attacker was available to play for Real Madrid the following weekend, proving that he didn't need to return to Valdebebas.

"All of a sudden the player left the camp and didn't answer the phone. As a coach I will always count on players like him because I wouldn't be a good professional otherwise. But he's the one who has to let us, the fans and the media know that he's ready and responsible. He hasn't done that so far," concluded Jovic.

Tumbakovic should probably consider that Jovic wanted to do his very best for Real Madrid, given that the Serbian attacker feels that he has something to prove in the Spanish capital. Still, it definitely seems that Jovic might have a hard time when he makes his return to the Serbian national team.
