Cadena COPE first reported the news about Odriozola this Tuesday, but he mentioned Sevilla and Athletic Bilbao as the clubs who had the edge to complete this loan deal. In the end, Odriozola will join a very big club like Bayern Munich, where it will be very interesting to see if he can actually be a regular starter in the right side of their defensive line.
The Spanish right-back has struggled a lot when given the chance to feature in the starting XI this season and it seems that the club will be willing to part ways with him next summer, as soon as Achraf Hakimi makes his return to the Spanish capital after his own two-season loan deal with Borussia Dortmund.
