Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos reportedly wants to terminate his current loan deal in Arsenal this winter as he tries to play more minutes and improve his chances of featuring in the 2020 UEFA Euro. Valencia are very interested in the Spanish midfielder and would be willing to sign Ceballos for the remainder of the 2020 season, according to a report from MARCA.
Ceballos showed promising signs during his first few games in Arsenal but hasn’t played since November. It’s clear that coach Zinedine Zidane just doesn’t want him in the squad, so Madrid will try to send him to another club on yet another loan deal as soon as Arsenal accept to terminate the current loan.
The Spanish midfielder appears to have great potential but it seems tough for him to earn consistent minutes in elite clubs. Ceballos is 23 years old and time is running out for him to prove that he can be a relevant player for Real Madrid in the future.
