Real Madrid have officially confirmed that they have sent center-back Jesus Vallejo to Granada on a loan deal which will expire next summer.
Real Madrid C. F., Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Granada C. F. have reached an agreement over a loan deal that will see Jesús Vallejo spend the remainder of the season, up until 30 June 2020, at Granada.

Vallejo wasn’t getting the minutes he needed in Wolverhampton and Madrid decided to terminate their previous loan deal. Vallejo is not a physical defender and his loan deal to the Premier League was always a bit concerning.
This time, Madrid will be hoping to see Vallejo in Granada’s starting lineup on a consistent basis, something which would allow the young defender to gain the experience and confidence he needs to be a role player for Real Madrid in the near future, which might be his ceiling as a player if he can stay healthy and avoid the injuries that kept him out of the squad more often than not when he was in the Spanish capital.
