Ramos: “Our goal was to get the win and lead the table”

Real Madrid obtained a huge away win against Valladolid this Sunday thanks to a late goal by Nacho Fernandez. Captain Sergio Ramos addressed the media after the game and was satisfied with the three points.

“We’re happy with our goal, which was to get three points and go top of the table, and now it’s time to continue picking up points. The defender was asked about Nacho’s celebration. Nacho hugged with Zinedine Zidane and later admitted that the French coach had just told him to go to the near post for that play.
