Updates on Tacón’s youth teams.

This week comes with one of lime and one of sand for Tacón’s cantera. On the one hand, we were informed about María Portolés’s injury last week, but we don’t know for how long she will be unavailable. On the other hand, we found out today that Ariana Arias has been called up, again, for the Spanish U-17 national team. Toña Is, the former U-17 coach and only coach to ever win a youth-level world cup for Spain, left the RFEF last week and Montse Tomés has taken over the team. They will train the 3rd and 5th of February in Las Rozas.

The results for this week’s games were good on the whole. Every team except Alevín A won. Alevín A put up a fight and had an even match against Olímpico de Madrid, despite what the scoresheet might suggest. Alevín B thrashed Orcasitas, scoring 19 goals and keeping a clean sheet, and Cadete was victorious again after a few weeks of poor results in their league.

Senior B 5 - 4 Sporting Hortaleza

Juvenil B 4 - 1 Colegio Miramadrid

AD Sporting Hortaleza 0 - 7 Cadete

Infantil A 2 - 0 CD Móstoles U.R.J.C.

Infantil B 11 - 0 AD Orcasitas

AD Orcasitas 0 - 19 Alevín B

CDE Olímpico de Madrid 3 - 0 Alevín A
