After Sevilla’s shock exit tonight at the hands of Mirandes, and Barcelona’s comfortable win over Leganes, we now know all eight teams who will participate in the Copa del Rey quarter-finals which start on February 4th.

Real Madrid will know their opponent on Friday, when the draw will take place at 1pm CET at Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas on Friday. Zidane’s men can draw any of these seven teams: Athletic, Valencia, Villarreal, Real Sociedad, Granada, Barcelona and Mirandés.

Like the previous rounds, the quarter-final will be played as a single elimination game at the home stadium of the lower seed should Zidane’s men be drawn against a team from a lower division (which in this case, can only be Mirandes). Should Real be drawn against a Primera side, then the match will be played at the home stadium of the first team that’s drawn out of the pot.

If Real Madrid qualify for the semi-final, then the format will change to a two-legged tie.
