Real Madrid have published a medical report on Martin Odegaard, who suffered a calf injury today and won’t be available for the next few games.

After the tests carried out today on our player Martin Ødegaard by the Real Madrid medical department, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the right soleus muscle. His recovery will continue to be assessed.

This is bad news for Real Madrid considering that the 2020-2021 season is just getting started. Los Blancos will have a busy schedule this month and Odegaard is almost surely going to miss El Clasico, which will be played on October 24th.

Madrid appeared to have escaped the FIFA virus during this last break but Odegaard appears to be the first victim for them, even though he actually suffered this injury after the matches for Norway.

Muscle injuries are always tough so both Madrid and Odegaard should stay patient with this injury so that the talented wonder kid doesn’t suffer a setback.
