Real Madrid have published the squad list for Wednesday’s match against Shakhtar in the 2020 Group Stage of the UEFA Champions League.

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Altube.

Defenders: E. Militão, R. Varane, Nacho, Marcelo and F. Mendy.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde and Isco.

Attackers: Benzema, Asensio, Lucas V., Jović, Vini Jr. and Rodrygo.

As expected, Sergio Ramos will not be available for this game. The Spanish defender picked up a minor knee injury during the match against Cadiz and is trying his best to recover in time for El Clasico, which will be played this Saturday.

Other than that, this is basically the same squad coach Zinedine Zidane used against Cadiz, so it will be interesting to see what decisions he makes after that terrible performance. Even more so considering that Zidane will need to keep his players fresh and ready to go for the crucial El Clasico.
