Real Madrid’s visit to Barcelona takes place after the last two tough losses against Shakhtar and Cadiz. Los Blancos are not playing quality football right now and the team could be in trouble if they don’t perform better against Barça.

Madrid will be without Eden Hazard, Dani Carvajal and Odriozola but team captain Sergio Ramos is back after missing the loss to Shakhtar. Ramos’ presence in the defensive line should correct some of the issues that haunted Madrid on Wednesday, but Zidane’s men still have to improve offensively if they want to have a chance at winning El Clasico.

All in all, Madrid will be expected to show some improvements, at least from an attitude perspective. This is always a monumental game and while the match will be played behind closed doors because of Covid restrictions, both sides will show up knowing that their rivalry is still very important for thousands of fans around the world.

Don’t miss El Clasico!
