A good win against Huesca

Los Blancos secured a great win yesterday at home against Huesca. Another reason to celebrate is Hazard’s golazo and the fact that he is looking more fit and integrated in the team. With the recent results, Real Madrid is at the top of table and 8 points ahead of Barcelona albeit with a game in hand. Check out the following articles: Immediate reaction, Player ratings and the post-game podcast:

Is Lucaz Vazquez injured?

Marca reported that Vazquez will undergo medical tests to see if he has muscular injury. AS, reported he was subbed off due to overload. With the exception of a last minute setback, Vazquez will be available to play against Inter on Tuesday.

Other results around La liga and Europe.

Joao Felix claimed another brace for Atletico Madrid as they beat Osasuna away 3-1 while 10 man Deportivo Alaves held Barcelona to a 1-1 draw. Goals came courtesy of a Neto howler and neat finish from Greizmann. Lionel Messi failed to score in a fifth straight Spanish league match as Barcelona stumbled again on Saturday.

The big guns in England: City, Liverpool and Chelsea all registered wins while Arsenal takes on Manchester United today. Inter also grabbed a stoppage time equalizer against Parma in preparation for their game against Madrid. Bayern and Dortmund are joint leaders in the Bundesliga now after RB Leipzig lost away (1-0) to Borussia Munchengladbach.

Will Isco join Everton?

This is the latest transfer rumor from the English press: Allegedly Isco is willing to join Everton. According to the rumor, Real’s plan is to send him out on loan with obligation to buy clause. Isco has not been playing very often for Los Blancos. This might be a concern for the player as he might not be selected for the Euros without regular game time.
