Thorgan Hazard talks about Eden

Eden’s younger brother talked about both Eden’s fitness-woes and his COVID-19. Eden has not played for his national team in over a year, and Thorgan is strongly of the opinion that the captain is sorely missed. Thorgan said in an interview “He is one of the best players in the world and it is always better to have him in your squad…We all need Eden at 100 per cent” He also continued that “Nevertheless, he feels good. He is in good health and shows no symptoms [of Covid 19]. He is quarantined at home in Madrid”

Benzema’s agent rips in to Varane

Karim Djaziri, Benzema’s representative, made a comment on twitter after the big loss against Valencia: “After the match against Man City, he’s been a shadow of himself”. What do you guys think? Way to harsh, or is there a speck of truth in the comments?

Beckham wants Ramos

In a bit of a surprise twist, AS journalist Manuel de Juan reported that ex-Madridista David Beckham is keen on bringing the Los Blancos current captain to Miami. Ramos contract ends after the current season, so in theory he could be a free agent. The timing of the news seem a bit odd though, as it has been widely reported that the club and Ramos are both keen on extending the contract for up to two years.

Never hurts to know your options though?

Bale up for sale

Reportedly, Spurs could make the Bale-deal permanent for as “little” as 20 million dollars. According to Mundo Deportivo, Bale could go for the sum, as the Bernabeu hierarchy are keen to solve the issue once and for all.

Valverde and Benzema injury updates

Yesterday it was reported that Fede will be out for about a month with a fracture in his foot. Benzema has a groin-injury- He could in theory be ready to face Villareal, but it is a very realistic possibility that he will not feature in that game. We will learn more in the coming days.
