Toni Kroos and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Have Twitter Beef, And Fans Take It Too Seriously: A Brief Oral History

Yesterday on the Einfach mal Luppen podcast, the very evil Toni Kroos, one of the culprits of a crumbling society, used his podcast’s platform to tear down Arsenal forward and enemy Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

On the podcast, Kroos said “Aubameyang once celebrated and took out a mask. That’s where it ends with me.”

“I don’t think that’s a good role model either. What nonsense.”

Kroos, surely knowing that the quote would reach its intended target (Aubameyang himself), then sat back and waited for the bite.

Aubameyang bit:

Kroos set his trap, and caught his prey. Fully anticipating the Arsenal strikers response, the German sniper had his clap back already prepared as a scheduled tweet. He unleashed his word candy, and ended Aubameyang’s career effectively, both on and off the pitch.

My. Goodness. The savagery. Aubameyang had a family, Toni, clearly!

Many fans took to Twitter to celebrate Kroos’s victory, while those on the opposite of the fence, made sure to take the opportunity to compare Kroos to Hitler.

Anyway, here’s our take on this silly thing:
