Real Madrid continued their on-going training sessions today, with everyone bar certain players overcoming injury, along with the 12 players who have been called up by their respective national teams for international duty.

Today, Zinedine Zidane had the team train on ‘Pitch 3’ of Real Madrid City. The session started with physical drills, then moved into passing and possession exercises. The training was capped off with shooting practice.

Player updates

While Dani Carvajal is back in training, which is very exciting, to say the least, he’s still not practicing fully with the team yet. Today he trained separately from the rest of the main group, and was joined by Nacho Fernandez outside. Meanwhile, Lucas Vazquez, Karim Benzema, Ferland Mendy, and Alvaro Odriozola worked out inside using the gym at Valdebebas. Fede Valverde continued his recovery behind the scenes.
