In a brief interview with Bernabeu Digital, Lucas Vazquez was asked about his thoughts on three players who are continually linked with Real Madrid — three players that could prototypically help the club with its offensive struggles and build-up issues.
Those three players are Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, and Eduardo Camavinga. Haaland’s release clause is reasonable for Real Madrid to trigger, and the club is interested in the Norgwegian striker, who could potentially join his friend Martin Odegaard in Madrid. Mbappe has been long touted as Florentino signing, where he could join the attack under Zinedine Zidane’s wing. Camavinga, like his French counterpart, is a player Zidane has been enamoured by, and can play a couple different positions in midfield.
When asked about these three players, Vazquez, instead of deflecting the question, spoke candidly.
“Mbappe, Haaland, Camavinga ... they are all great players,” Vazquez said. “If they are in Madrid tomorrow, they will have to be enjoyed.”
