Thibaut Courtois and Belgium advanced to the 2021 Nations League Finals after their 4-2 win over Denmark on Wednesday.
The Belgian keeper faced eight shots from the Danes, only three of those were actually on target. One of Denmark’s two goals came from a late mistake in communication between Nacer Chadli and Courtois.
Chadli went for a back pass but he instead sent it through a bit too much for Courtois to properly handle. The ball went ended up past Courtois and into their own net. Luckily for Belgium, it came near the end of the match and had no impact on the final result.
Chadli has sent Courtois up the swanny there.
