Eden Hazard and Eder Militao have tested negative for Covid-19 and are 100% recovered from the illness, according to reports from Cadena COPE and MARCA. Both players will be able to rejoin Real Madrid’s squad in training this Thursday, meaning that they could be available to play when Los Blancos visit Villarreal this Saturday.

Still, knowing that they’ve been out of any kind of training sessions for the last two weeks, Hazard, Militao and also Casemiro —who tested negative yesterday— could need some more time before they can actually feature in the starting lineup, so it’s likely that coach Zinedine Zidane decides to keep them on the bench before Real Madrid face Inter Milan next Wednesday.

With these three players and also Dani Carvajal recovering from his knee injury, Real Madrid have been able to bring back most of their depth. Fede Valverde is now the team’s only starter out with an injury.
