Fede Valverdes return date is becoming clearer

According to Marca, Fede is aiming to be 100% at around Christmas. That means he would be sidelined for three more weeks. If the estimate is right, he would be fit to return to face Elche in La Liga on December 30th

Reinier tested positive for COVID

Real Madrid loanee Reinier Jesus has tested positive for COVID. According to his current club, Borussia Dortmund, he is symptom free. The club also expressed that they wish him a healthy and speedy recovery, and I think that is something we all can get behind.

Hugo Duro in the squad to face Inter

The extremely versatile forward Hugo Duro, who transferred to Castilla from Getafe on a season long loan this summer, got his first call up yesterday. He has scored three goals in four Castilla games this season. Although he can play in any position of the front three, his “main” position is that of a striker, especially in a 3-man forward line. Interesting to see if he will get minutes, as Real are currently having an injury crisis in that position.
