Real Madrid have published their squad list for Sunday’s away game against Valencia, the last before the upcoming FIFA break.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin, Altube.

Defenders: Sergio Ramos, R. Varane, Marcelo, F. Mendy, Santos.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modrić, Valverde, Ødegaard, Isco.

Forwards: Benzema, Asensio, Lucas V., Jović, Vini Jr., Mariano, Rodrygo.

Martin Odegaard returns to the squad and could feature given how thin Real Madrid’s team is right now following Hazard and Casemiro’s positives for Covid-19. Under other circumstances, Odegaard could very well come off the bench but Madrid could use his creativity against Valencia.

Either way, Vinicius and Rodrygo led Madrid to the win against Inter, so coach Zidane could very well decide to start them both as Los Blancos try to enter the FIFA break with three more points under their belt. Valencia should be manageable opposition given how poor they’ve been this season, but Zidane’s men will still need to play with composure if they want the win.
