Real Madrid announce squad for La Liga match against Celta Vigo

Real Madrid have published their squad list for Sunday’s home match against Celta Vigo —21:00 CEST—.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Areola, Toni Fuidias.

Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo, Mendy.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde, Isco.

Forwards: Hazard, Benzema, Bale, Jović, Vinicius Jr.

As coach Zinedine Zidane confirmed during the pre-match press conference, Eden Hazard is back with the team three months after picking up a serious foot injury during a Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain.

Rodrygo and Lucas Vazquez have not been included in the team’s squad list, so it seems that they will be the ones out of the rotation now that Hazard is back. Gareth Bale will be with the one and is expected to start, given that Hazard will likely come off the bench during the final third of the game.

Celta have been mediocre this season and Real Madrid clearly have the tools to take care of business and focus on the tough schedule ahead.
