A report from Spanish publication, AS, revealed that the club have given each player a specific training schedule to use while quarantined at home. It was made clear to the players that they are in quarantine and not on vacation. The players are not to leave Madrid without the permission of the club. Nearly every player has a gym in their home and Gregory Dupont, the fitness coach appointed by Zidane this summer, has designed a plan specific to each individual.

The players will wear a heart-rate monitor and technology with GPS tracking to feed their movements and work out to the coaching staff in real time. The plans developed were discussed with each player over the phone and also included specifics for their nutrition and diet.

Valdebebas is currently undergoing a massive disinfectant project. Nearly 500 employees who have worked at the facility are in quarantine. The Real Madrid squad, medical staff, and technical staff will all be tested for the Corona virus. Carvajal and Nacho, who missed the last match vs Betis with the flu, both did the test and both came back negative.
