Real Madrid have published their squad list for Sunday’s away match against Betis —21:00 CET—.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Areola, Altube.

Defenders: Militão, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo, Mendy.

Midfielders: James, Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde.

Forwards: Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez, Mariano, Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo.

Rodrygo is back with the team while Mariano Diaz seems to be Zidane’s favorite option to replace Benzema right now, meaning that Luka Jovic has once again missed the squad list. Zidane has called up six different attackers for this game, so Lucas Vazquez will probably be considered a backup right-back given the absence of both Carvajal and Nacho.

Real Madrid will need to take care of business against Betis after making a statement a week ago in El Clasico. Los Blancos want to gain momentum ahead of the return leg against Manchester City and these games are perfect for them to do so.
