On March 19th, Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic was caught by Serbian police breaking his required self isolation after travelling from Madrid during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Jovic, who was seen at his girlfriend’s party on that same trip to Serbia, attests that he was simply going out for groceries and pharmaceutical needs — as he’s allowed to do once per day if needed.

Now Jovic will appear before public prosecutors in Serbia to await his fate. His punishment can range anywhere from 1,275 Euros, or a prison sentence.
