Valverde: “Zidane talks as if he was your friend”

Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde has been the team’s last player to deliver some interesting quotes about the club and the current situation through an Instagram Live. Valverde praised his coach and showed that he admires the French legend.

“Zidane talks to you as if he was just a friend of yours. Every word he says you need to remember it because he’s not only a coach, he’s a world legend,” said Valverde.

The midfielder has become a key player for Real Madrid this season and it seems that he will have that kind of role for many years to come. Valverde also praised how “calm and composed” Toni Kroos is in the midfield.

He wrapped up his short appearance on Instagram by talking about the current Coronavirus outbreak.

“We have to avoid going out of the house, we have to take care, it’s what our Government says and it’s the best for everyone so that this can end quickly and hopefully one day get out and enjoy life again,”said Valverde.
