Real Madrid target Eduardo Camavinga will be available for €50 million in the next transfer window, according to a report published on AS this Thursday. Other teams like Barcelona and Dortmund have already decided that they will not bid for the young midfielder even though they were initially interested, per MARCA.
Stade Rennais did not want to sell Camavinga for less than €75 million but the current Coronavirus pandemic could have an impact on his final prize. Still, Stade Rennais will reportedly try to keep Camavinga on a loan deal for the 2020-2021 season even if his transfer has already been made official.
Camavinga fits Real Madrid’s needs and transfer policy to perfection. He’s still 17 years old and appears to have the potential and quality to become one of the top midfielders in the near future.
In the end, signing Camavinga for €50 million seems to be a very good opportunity for Madrid to secure a young, promising player for the future. Madrid’s upcoming transfer budget could also be affected by the pandemic, but Los Blancos should have the money to sign the talented midfielder when the transfer window opens.
