Manchester City striker Sergio Agüero talked to La Sexta in an interview and shared his hopes of facing Real Madrid in the return leg of the Champions League Round of 16 in front of their home crowd.

“Yes, we’d like to play the return leg with fans. It’s not an easy game but we have a good result. We were told 15 days ago that we could return to training by May 4th. There’s another meeting soon. It will be tough to play the Champions League in August, though,” said Agüero.

The striker said that every single player will be “tense” when it’s time to play again and added that “the most important thing is to play.”

While there’s a chance the season doesn’t get cancelled, it’s extremely unlikely that clubs will be allowed to play in front of their fans this season.

Real Madrid would have to overcome the 1-2 deficit after the loss at the Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg.
