Real Madrid visit Real Sociedad for a decisive game in the 2019-2020 Liga season. Los Blancos can retake control of their own destiny with a win in Anoeta after Barcelona could only get a draw against Sevilla last Friday. That’s all Madrid needed in order to get themselves in a position to win the title and they got it, so it’s now time to take care of business and try to win the nine games remaining on the schedule.
Real Sociedad were impressive before the quarantine but have not been all that great since La Liga returned to action. Coach Imanol Alguacil revealed that Martin Odegaard is sort of nursing a small injury and while he should be available and ready to play, his condition might not be the best.
On the other hand, Madrid will be missing Isco, who suffered a hamstring injury this past week. Los Blancos still have the tools to win this game and should use Barcelona’s draw as fuel so that they can compete for the title.
