Today marked the last training session before Real Madrid’s match against Mallorca on Wednesday, marking the start of a rare window where the team has a day off in between training / games.

The biggest news today, as you’ve undoubtedly heard, is that Isco is back ahead of schedule — a pleasant surprise — and is included in the matchday squad. Eden Hazard also returned to training with the group after missing yesterday’s session.

In today’s training, where Isco and Hazard took part, Real Madrid began with rondos before moving into possession and pressing drills. The goalkeepers worked separately with the goalkeeper coach. The session concluded with scrimmages broken down into four groups.

Luka Jovic, Nacho, and Lucas Vazquez trained outdoors, but on their own and not with the group.

Zinedine Zidane was full of praise for the Takefusa Kubo, who is on loan at Wednesday’s opponents Real Mallorca.
