Eder Militao spoke to Real Madrid TV today after today’s training session at Valdebebas.
A theme this week among Real Madrid’s players and their message was the importance of training with the ball. Toni Kroos said earlier this week that while the players stayed in shape at home during quarantine, they didn’t have much ball work done, and that the team is now focusing on getting touches to get back into rhythm with the ball at their feet.
Militao echoed those comments today:
“We’re already training together and it’s great to train at a different intensity. We’re ready for anything. It’s important to have contact with the ball and work on our physical fitness”.
Militao also spoke about how excited everyone on the team is to return to La Liga:
“We are coming back in good shape and doing things very well. We are ready to return to La Liga. We’re going to take the fans all together in our hearts”.
