Real Madrid have transferred another Castilla product this offseason. This time it is 20-year-old midfielder Mohamed ‘Moha’ Moukhliss, who will be joining Real Valladolid B on a free transfer.
Moha spent last season on loan with Celta Vigo B, where he made over 20 appearances and put up a goal and an assist. Celta decided to not exercise his purchase option, according to Mundo Deportivo.
He also plays in Spain’s youth system. He won the UEFA European U-19 Championship in 2019 as well as the UEFA European U-17 Championship in 2017.
Moha joined La Fábrica in 2010 at the age of 10 and has worked his way through Real Madrid’s youth system. Now he gets another chance in Segunda División B with a different club.
He boasted promise during his duration within the youth system. However, he wasn’t really able to crack into Castilla’s starting lineup and so this transfer perhaps makes the most sense for his future.
He also gave his farewell message to the club via Twitter.
