Real Madrid visit Manchester City in the return leg of the Champions League’s Round of 16 with a 1-2 deficit on aggregate. If Los Blancos can’t overcome City’s lead and advance to the Quarterfinals, it will be their last game of the 2019-2020 season.

Madrid gained momentum during the last 11 games of La Liga, putting together a 10-game winning streak and winning their 34th title in the domestic competition. Still, it’s somewhat fair to say that Los Blancos didn’t play all that brilliantly during those games, which means that they will have to do much better if they want to not only beat Manchester City but also clinch their presence in the next round.

Furthermore, Madrid will be without club legend Sergio Ramos, who is the undisputed leader of the team on and off the field. His replacement will be Eder Militao, who will have a tall task replacing Ramos tonight.

It won’t be easy for Madrid to come through, but they at least have to try, knowing that it could be their last game of the season!
