Real Madrid Training: September 19

Today was the final training session before Real Madrid’s La Liga opener tomorrow against Real Sociedad in Anoeta. The squad list for that game is already out, and can be found here.

Several players left out of that squad due to injury-related concerns, trained alone today. Lucas Vazquez, Eden Hazard, and Marco Asensio trained on the pitch separate from the rest of the squad; while Eder Militao worked out indoors. Mariano Diaz continued with his recovery program behind the scenes.

The training itself started with rondos and fitness drills. Zinedine Zidane concluded the session with scrimmages on reduced-sized pitches.
