Hazard close to start training with squad
According to L’Equipe, Hazard should be able to return to group training in the coming days. Even though there is still concern in the club about the pain, the good news is that the plaque added to his ankle in February no longer hurts. The pain in the leg during the recent weeks has more to do with collateral pain than the ankle itself. If true, this would be a huge deal. Reports have earlier told that Hazard will not be rushed back in, as was done in the run up to the La Liga title. However, this is great news, and best-case scenario is that we will have Eden in a position to to deliver what is expected of him.
A lot of rumors, but plan is still the same
The team has had a lot of departures this summer, but no completely new faces. Even though multiple players have been linked to Real during the last few months, that plan will not change. According to a report by AS the plan of the club is still to make no signings this summer, and work with the current squad. Although there is a possibility that there will be more departures.
