Real Madrid announce squad for La Liga match against Valladolid

Real Madrid published their squad list for Wednesday’s home game against Valladolid —21:00 CEST—.

REAL MADRID SQUAD LIST:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Altube.

Defenders: Carvajal, Sergio Ramos, R. Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola and F. Mendy.

Midfielders: Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde, Ødegaard and Isco.

Attackers: Hazard, Benzema, Asensio, B. Mayoral, Lucas V., Jović, Vini Jr. and Rodrygo.

Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio are back with the team after missing the first two games against Real Sociedad and Betis. While it could be too early to see them in the starting lineup, they are indeed ready to play and contribute.

Both Hazard and Asensio should be expected to be the starters alongside Karim Benzema going forward, so their return is massive news for Real Madrid, even more so considering that the attacking trio has never been playing together at full strenghth.

Toni Kroos is not available after his injury and will likely be replaced by Fede Valverde.
