Phew. A lot of content on the website today, as I’m sure you’ve noticed. And more coming: Match reviews for tonight’s Spain - Germany game, as well as for Luka Jovic, Andriy Lunin, and Gareth Bale who all play at the same time. Oh, and a podcast with Kiyan Sobhani and Lucas Navarrete will be up later.
We could have four Real Madrid players play in the Spain - Germany game (kick-off at 8:45pm CET): Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos, Sergio Reguilon, and Dani Carvajal.
Also, didn’t post this on the website yesterday, but Toni Kroos had some words about the Lionel Messi situation:
Kroos: “Messi al Madrid? Para llevar un fichaje de esas características... bueno ya hubo uno similar, el de Luis Figo. No sé muy bien, pero creo que dejó el Barça para ir al Madrid. Sí, fue así. Para hacer eso, lo voy a decir es español, hay que tener cojones”.

So, feel free to discuss everything about today’s slate of games (including Madridistas or otherwise), here. Hope you’re enjoying these open threads. The engagement has been great, so we’re happy to do them around five times per week.
We’ll have post-game coverage of the games going up later.
