Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos didn’t train with the squad this Friday and is questionable for Saturday’s home match against Celta Vigo. Madrid have not released any kind of report about Ramos.
Madrid will make a decision about the defender’s presence in Saturday’s game later today, as the club will have to publish their squad list. If Ramos isn’t injured, he could always be included in the list and then both Zidane and the player would make the final call right before the game.
Celta have been playing well so far this season and attacker Iago Aspas is in great form. While Madrid should have the tools to take care of business against the Galician team even without Ramos, the Spanish captain has been a crucial player during the last few seasons, as his presence is always very hard to replace.
If Ramos isn’t ready, Militao and Nacho would compete for the starting spot alongside Varane.
