Squad List vs. Madrid CFF
GK: Misa, Yohana
DEF: Samara Ortiz Cruz, Kenti Robles, Claudia Florentino, Ivana Andrés, Babett Peter
MID: Maite Oroz, Aurélie Kaci, Teresa Abelleira, Thaisa, Malena Ortiz Cruz
FWD: Olga Carmona, Sofia Jakobsson, Marta Cardona, Kosovare Asllani, Lorena Navarro, Ariana Arias
Daiane remains out due to her long-term injury. Both Marta Corredera and Asllani were made unavailable last time out vs. Sporting Huelva, presumably because they picked up in-game knocks. Corredera does not have a chance of featuring vs. Madrid CFF (meaning Olga will be in the eleven at left back) but Asllani is back in the team and will likely start as a result, especially with Jessica Martínez’s continued absence.
With Chioma Ubogagu’s exclusion, it is all but certain that Marta Cardona and Sofia Jakobsson will take up their spots on the wings. While the attack may be thin, David Aznar has a full midfield, which has not been a given this season. He will have to make some tough decisions on who to leave out.
