Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane was allowed to rejoin his squad in training this Friday after testing negative for Covid19 this Thursday. Zidane was isolated due to La Liga’s contact tracing protocol until the result of the test came out negative.

Therefore, Zidane will also coach his team when they face Osasuna this Saturday night. This one could be a problematic match given the current weather in the north of Spain. It’s been snowing for the last few days and it will stay cold by kick-off time, so if Osasuna’s pitch isn’t in good conditions the game could be postponed.

Still, having Zidane coaching the team is great news. Real Madrid need to keep getting wins if they want to compete for the title against Atletico de Madrid, and while Osasuna have been very poor so far this season, the circumstances around the game make it a potential banana peel on Real’s road.
