October 15th, at Valebedas, Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti welcomed the return of several players who were out on international duty.

Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Thibaut Courtois, Eden Hazard, and Miguel Gutierrez all returned to training today, and all took part in sessions with the larger group.

The players who returned today were those who were playing their football in Europe. The ones who were playing in South America, for the most part, have yet to return. Casemiro had already returned early, but Vinicius Jr and Fede Valverde — both of whom had a game last night in Brazil’s 4 - 1 win over Uruguay — will join the team this weekend. Vinicius Jr did not get on the field for Brazil, while Fede Valverde played the full 90.

Meanwhile, Mariano Diaz trained in isolation both indoors and outdoors, and Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, Luka Jovic, Gareth Bale, and Dani Ceballos all trained indoors.
