The Y-Factor issue of your Daily Merengue!

Lets discuss yFactors in the team...

The Open Thread/Daily Merengue is a place where you can discuss anything and everything related to football. Feel free to discuss the topics presented here, or start your very own discussions! The Open thread will be posted every day by one of the mods: Valyrian Steel, Felipejack, YoSnail, Ezek Ix or NeRObutBlanco.

Y-FACTOR

As we move on from our interesting talks on xFactors. Lets discuss the yFactors our team actually has. Who is a yFactor? A player that gels well with the xFactor/s in the team. Before i name drop, who would you say is or has been a yFactor in our squad?

Its like math, xFactor + yFactor = 3 points. xFactor^2 + yFactor^2 = 3 Points and a Trophy/s. The square in the equation would be the Vazquez’s, the nacho’s and to a lesser extent, the Asensio’s of the team etc.

FINANCIAL PROWESS

La Liga president, Javier Tebas has praised us for our financial excellence, spanning over a decade.

MENDY UPDATE

Mendy is back training with the squad. His return to the XI will definitely wake us up from our defensive slumber.

GUTI TO BARCELONA

Of all the ridiculous names in management being thrown around as Koeman’s replacement. Our very own Guti says he’s open to coaching barcelona...hopefully to coach them to further destruction. Otherwise, no need for this betrayal. Guti is currently free and is eager to be the head coach of a team, but i’d hope his eagerness to show his managerial skill-set won’t border desperation leading him to take the barca job from koeman should the opportunity arise. Koeman has done excellently well for us at Barca and doesn’t need to be replaced for any reason. Barca are headed in the right direction under the guidance of Koeman.
