Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane was able to rejoin the squad and coach his team during Tuesday’s training session after testing negative for Covid-19. Zidane was isolated and missed Real’s last two games.
The French manager will now be able to attend and coach his squad when Los Blancos face Huesca this next Saturday.
Other than Zidane’s return, there were no more news from Real’s training session. Madrid were hoping to have Carvajal, Vazquez or Sergio Ramos back from injury but neither one of them rejoined the squad in training, although some of them could still be available for Saturday if they train with the rest of the team in the next few days. If Ramos can’t make it in time, Zidane will likely be forced to rely on Chust as the defender alongside Varane, given that Militao is suspended.
Valverde and Rodrygo are also recovering from their injuries while Nacho is away from the team with Covid-19.
