Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic, who is currently playing for Eintracht Frankfurt on a loan deal, has talked to Bild about his future, not ruling out the possibility of staying in the German club past next summer, when the loan deal expires.
“I will think about my future after the end of the season. Right now, I’m only thinking about Eintracht and I’m working so that I can play the next games as best as possible. To be honest, everything is possible, you never know what’s going to happen in professional football,” said Jovic.
The Serbian attacker believes that he made the right decision by joining Frankfurt during the winter.
“It was truly the right call, because so many things fit for me here. But first comes the success of the team and if the team does well, that’s positive for me. Every win is a step ahead for me, for sure I want to take care of my role and hep the squad,” he added.
Jovic has not earned a spot as an undisputed starter for Frankfurt as Andre Silva has been completing good performances lately, but Real Madrid will be hoping for him to keep gaining confidence and momentum before making a decision about Jovic’s future in the summer.
