Real Madrid visit Liverpool in the return leg of the Champions League’s Quarterfinals, holding a 3-1 lead on aggregate after their solid win at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano a week ago.

Los Blancos will need to survive yet another injury on their defensive line after Lucas Vazquez suffered a torn PCL during Saturday’s El Clasico. That means that coach Zinedine Zidane will likely be forced to start Alvaro Odriozola on the right-back spot, although he could also play Mendy there and deploy Marcelo as the left-back. In fact, Zidane could even play a 3-5-2 formation with Nacho, Militao and Mendy in the center, Marcelo on the left and either Odriozola, Valverde or even Marvin Park on the right side.

Zidane’s decision could very well be decisive in the outcome of the game, given how dangerous Liverpool are offensively. Real Madrid can’t sit back and try to defend the 3-1 lead and could need to score if they want to face Chelsea in the Semifinals.

Don’t miss this game, it should be a great one!
