Real Madrid have published their squad list for Tuesday’s clash against Liverpool in the first leg of the Champions League’s Quarterfinals.

REAL MADRID’S SQUAD LIST:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Altube.

Defenders: E. Militão, R. Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola and F. Mendy.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modrić, Casemiro, Valverde, Isco and Arribas.

Attackers: Benzema, Asensio, Lucas V., Vini Jr., Mariano and Rodrygo.

As expected, midfielder Fede Valverde is back with the team having recovered from the muscle injury he picked up a month ago. However, the same can’t be said about Eden Hazard, who has trained with the squad for the last few days but won’t be available against Liverpool, just like Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal.

Real Madrid will need to take care of business without two key defenders. Furthermore, Liverpool are a very talented attacking team, so it will be important for Madrid to try to complete a solid defensive performance at home.
